With its rich collection of over 5500 works, the Castellani Art Museum of Niagara University combines the opportunity for entertainment and educational activities. The museum concentrates
mainly on contemporary works, but also on those of famous authors such as Picasso and Dali.

The museum building is located at Niagara University and is very impressive with its appearance, lined with white and gray stones. It is active in collaboration with art students from the University and other organizations.

The Castellani Art Museum opened in 1990, but the collection of works began in the 1960s. The name of the museum comes from its founder Armand Castellani. The building is owned by the
University.

The museum’s collection includes not only paintings but also sculptures and photographs which show the development of modern art from the 70s to the present day. The shop, which works for the museum, has a wide range of works of art – jewelry, cards, books and more. It is also possible to buy goods from exhibitions.

The museum is open all year round and the shop is open from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.). Thе day off is on Monday.
